The collections at Hayden Library are designed to support research needs of the ASU community, instigate critical thinking and inspire creativity. The library’s open stacks collections are mostly found on the fourth floor, supporting historical and religious studies, philosophical thought, the study of psychology, and cultural, linguistic and literary studies.

Labriola Collection
The student-driven Labriola Open Stacks Collection of books, games, graphic novels, comic books, and select works of contemporary scholarship and literature by Indigenous scholars was informed by collaborations between Labriola Center staff and ASU’s American Indian Student Support Services (AISSS).
Scholars Enclave
Includes multivolume works required for academic research that are most useful when consulted in print formats.
