Non-ASU borrowers: community card eligibility and cost

  • Arizona residents not affiliated with ASU may become registered borrowers.
  • Applications are available at Fletcher Library on the West Valley campus, Hayden Library on the Tempe campus and the Polytechnic campus Library.
  • Fees are not refundable. Payment is by check or money order only.
  • Borrowing privileges are not transferable.

NAU and UA students

Card must be renewed each semester.

NAU and UA faculty and staff

No fee.
  • Proof of current employment (University ID, plus contract or online employee record)
  • Photo ID

No age requirement.
Valid through August current Academic year.
